1.) Services Provided

McGuinness Financial Coaching provides financial coaching services to help individuals improve their money management skills, set goals, and create customized financial strategies. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Our coaching services are educational and informational in nature.

2.) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.) Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for advice from a certified financial advisor, accountant, or attorney. We do not guarantee financial outcomes. All decisions made based on our coaching are the responsibility of the client.

4.) Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during sessions and to take personal responsibility for any decisions made. You understand that coaching results vary and depend on your commitment and follow-through.

5.) Payment and Refund Policy

Payments must be made in full before coaching sessions begin unless otherwise arranged in writing. All payments are non-refundable unless stated in a separate written agreement. Package prices and terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

6.) Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice from the time of your scheduled session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

7.) Confidentiality

All personal and financial information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law. We respect your privacy and will not disclose your information without consent.

8.) Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including worksheets, guides, and web content, are the property of McGuinness Financial Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

9.) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the coaching services.

10.) Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially in cases of abuse, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.

11.) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

12.) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
